Feeding Support Options

Every postpartum experience, birth, and feeding journey is different. Additional support options and customized care plans may be available based on your family’s needs.

Mama-ish Check-In Session

Virtual

Complimentary

This complimentary 30-minute virtual check-in gives us time to talk through your main concern, what you've already tried, and your feeding goals.

You'll leave with some initial education, a few practical things you can begin working on, and a clearer idea of what type of support may be most helpful next.

If additional evaluation or support would be helpful, we'll also talk through the most appropriate Mama-ish service or referral.

The Mama-ish Check-In is not a comprehensive feeding assessment or individualized feeding plan.
