Preparation Before Baby Arrives Can Make the Early Feeding Transition Feel Less Overwhelming.
The Infant Feeding Blueprint is a one-on-one prenatal service designed around your individual feeding goals, previous experiences, questions, lifestyle, and plans for postpartum—so you leave with practical information and a flexible starting point that works for your family.
Your Blueprint includes a prenatal questionnaire, a 60-minute virtual session, and a personalized written feeding plan to help you feel more prepared for the first hours, days, and weeks with your baby.
Preparation may include education around direct breastfeeding, pumping, bottles, combination feeding, supplementation, protecting early milk supply, partner involvement, and planning for the early postpartum transition.
You'll also receive one brief follow-up check-in after your session for questions or clarification as you prepare for baby.

Personalized education based on your feeding goals and family
Practical guidance without pressure or judgment
Support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottles, combination feeding, and supplementation
Realistic preparation for the early postpartum feeding transition
Evidence-informed education designed to help you feel more confident making decisions for your family
There is no one right way to feed a baby. Your goals matter, your choices matter, and your feeding plan can change as you and your baby learn what works best together.
